I currently have a well developed LinkedIn profile. I have had it since 2008 and have privacy filters set up so that outsiders cannot see my photo or other information I do not desire to be public. I figure that in the beginning of my job search, letting the public see my background is fine, however, now that I am employed, I think that it feels "safer" to hide certain details for all to see. Also, I think that reading through my past job description details and editing some of it so that it is more concise and reader friendly is important for the future.
