MLK was important because he helped African-American have the same rights as americans.Not only that,Martin Luther king helped the world accept other people.Today we celebrate martin luther king with a special day on his b-day.1/19/1929.He was asasined on April 4,1968.The person who unfortunetly assassinated Martin luther king is James Earl Ray.He died in PRISON!!!!!!!!

He helped the world and now their is no more segregation.He also did a speech called I Have A Dream speech.It talked about how he dreamed of black and white people having the same rights.He also wanted peace in this world.

What I see by the picture of Dr. Martin Luther King is people who were involve and treated like slaves but Dr. King and Rosa Parks with a whole lot of people who weren't being treated fear like us stop slavery but with Dr. Martin Luther King on their side they where able to stop slavery;{ :{ :) ;) !!!
